Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We currently only to deliver to customers based in the United Kingdom

Delivery is free of charge when you spend £25 or more.

IMPORTANT - A signature will be required for Express Delivery Service and for all orders over £50.00.

Returns

Beauty Boom offers a 28 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please email sales@beautyboom.co.uk and we will provide you with details of how to return your product.

All products must be returned in their original state complete with packaging and all components. Please ensure all products are not damaged on their return journey. On some occasions we may suggest that higher valued items be returned via recorded delivery.

The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the order is cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. Once we have checked the item and are satisfied that it has been returned in the same condition it was delivered to you, we aim to refund your credit/charge card (used to place the original order) or Paypal account within a week of receipt.
